About Us

I started my yoga practice on 24 May 2020 during Covid it was a very tough time for the entire humanity. Most of us were free at that time & I was scrolling Instagram. I saw a post on Insta was yoga post picture that post motivate or challenged me a lot because I was crazy about fitness I used to do strength exercises but not yoga at that time when I saw that post on Insta that was advanced backbend pose kapotasana this posture challenged me & I started to practice that after that I found more postures on Instagram & I started my practice every day two to three hours before my training I thought that yoga is only about postures(asana) I did 6 months my self-practice after that I went to Rishikesh to get more knowledge about yoga I completed 500 hrs from Rishikesh (USA yoga Alliance) after that training I enroll In one online platform they were giving training for yoga exam (YCB Ministry of ayush Govt of India) I am also certified yoga teacher from Ministry of Ayush govt of India.
